Sexuality is often overlooked as a topic in the training of staff who work with older adults. Yet research has shown that older adults are being sexual, staying sexual, and considering themselves sexual beings up into their 70s and 80s as longevity increases.
As a professional with expertise in the sexual well-being of older adults in senior living communities, I can help leaders meet training and organizational goals to create an environment of joy, compassion, and inclusion for residents and staff.

I’m on a mission
I started working in the area of sexuality education as a second career when I retired from a very successful three decades in the public sector as an organizational development and training consultant to a large mental health system. For my second career, I wanted to make one more difference in the world. I didn’t want to sit back and wait.
I’m on a mission to promote sexual well-being to older adults in senior living communities -- whether it is an assisted living, independent living, rest home, nursing home, senior center, council on aging, or other community focused on older adults – and to the leadership and staff who work from their hearts to make seniors' lives better.
I’m hoping to accomplish even more with the balance of extraordinary patience and indisputable compassion. My background in organizational change can help your organization grow and become a leader in this important field.
We were very pleased with the presentation Dr. Jane Fleishman gave to our staff. It is clear that staff have been able to apply it to their work. We definitely will call on her again in the future."
